How it works
Seven minutes on a Sunday.
Live SEVEN is a free app for one honest look at your week. You score seven parts of your life from 1 to 7, circle the lowest, and name one thing you will do about it. Nobody else sees it.
The Pulse
Every Sunday night, all seven get a number: Physical Health, Inner Health, Relationships, Freedom, Money, Impact, Adventure. Gut-level, 1 to 7. Do not deliberate — the gut number is the honest one.
- 1
- Abandoned. Not in the plan at all.
- 3
- Maintenance. Showing up, going through motions, no intention behind it.
- 5
- In it. Deliberate effort, visible progress, a plan being run.
- 7
- Fully lived. Lived at full intent. You would put this quarter on the record.
Then circle the lowest and name one action for it this week. One. Not a plan, not a list. Seven numbers, one circle, one action — that is the whole of it.
A low number is information, not a verdict. Any single day looks like failure somewhere; the Pulse is read in weeks.
Goals
Name the work under a dimension: what you are going to do, how often it is measured — weekly through to once a year — and what counts as done. Then enter results period by period across the year.
- Three strength sessions a week, each one logged before I leave the gym.
- One phone-free evening a week with my partner.
- Save 20% of take-home pay, checked at the end of each month.
Each names a number or a date, so you will know whether you did it.
Habits
The repeated thing underneath a goal — a walk, a call home, a supplement. Say how often it should happen and Live SEVEN puts it in front of you on the day and keeps the record. A missed day is a missed day: no streak to break, no red mark. And a habit never becomes a score.
Actions
Fifty-two things worth doing once, one a week in the order of the year: put the birthdays in the calendar, check who your accounts go to, keep a weekend bag half packed. Choose one for the week, mark it done, or let it pass. No tally, nothing that falls behind.
The year
Every goal and every period, laid out as the year in seven colours, so a quarter can be read at a glance. Once a quarter, take the Long Look: which dimension gets deliberate emphasis next, and which one are you choosing to let sit at maintenance. Both answers, every time.
What it is not
- Not a comparison. Nothing is ranked and nobody else is in your numbers.
- Not a feed. Nothing is posted because it happened.
- Not a public profile. Nothing you put in is published to the open web.
- Not a sample. Everything about your own life is free, with no end date.
