How paying works
A membership renews by itself at the end of each month or year, at the price shown, until you cancel. Cancel any time from the membership page; you keep everything to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
There are no refunds, including for the part of a period left when you cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe, and your card number never reaches Live SEVEN. Paid plans are sold in the United States only, for now. The details are in the Terms.
Questions
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes, and it is not a trial. The Pulse, goals, results, habits, actions and the year are free with no end date, because nobody is charged to score their own life.
- What does membership add?
- Other people. Joining the Live SEVEN room, starting your own rooms, sharing goals into them and celebrating there, and a Partner who sees your week while you see theirs.
- Does my Partner have to be a member too?
- Yes. A Partner needs both of you to be members, each paying for your own or on a Family plan. It works both ways or not at all.
- Does a Family plan share anything between us?
- No. Everybody on it has their own account, and their own life in it stays theirs. The person paying sees the email addresses on the plan and whether each was accepted, and nothing else.
- What if my family is bigger than five?
- Ask, from the membership page. Live SEVEN reads every request and answers by email.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the membership page. You keep everything to the end of the month or year you paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
- Can I get a refund?
- No. Payments are not refunded, including for the part of a month or year left when you cancel.
- What happens to my rooms and my Partner if I stop paying?
- They pause. Nothing is deleted. Your rooms and your Partner come back the moment you are a member again, and your own life in Live SEVEN never pauses at all.
- Who can sign up?
- Anybody 13 or older. Paid plans are sold in the United States only, for now.
- Do you sell my data?
- No. Not to anyone, ever. Payments are handled by Stripe, and your card number never reaches Live SEVEN.
