Terms
These are the terms for using Live SEVEN at liveseven.ai. Using it, or paying for a membership, means agreeing to them. They are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to tony@whygametime.com.
Who it is for
You must be 13 or older to use Live SEVEN. If you are under 18, use it with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. That applies to everybody on a Family plan too.
Your account and what you put in
Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is yours to answer for. What you put in — scores, goals, results, notes, habits — stays yours. We keep it to run the product, protect it the way the privacy page describes, and never sell it.
Free
Everything about your own life — the Pulse, goals, results, habits, actions, the year — is free, with no end date. Nobody is charged to score their own life.
Membership
Membership adds other people: rooms, and a Partner. Member costs $7 a month or $70 a year. Family costs $20 a month or $200 a year, for up to 5 people including the person paying; more than that is by request, and it is our decision. A Partner needs both people to be members. Prices are in US dollars, and paid plans are sold in the United States only, for now.
It renews until you cancel
A membership renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and the card you paid with is charged the price in force at the time, until you cancel. If the price is going to change, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to your renewal, so you can cancel first.
The founder offer
The founder offer takes 50% off the first year of a yearly Member plan ($35 instead of $70) and 30% off the first year of a yearly Family plan ($140 instead of $200). It applies to the first year only. The second year renews at the full price, and we email you before it does.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the membership page in your account, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your membership to the end of the month or year you have already paid for, and nothing more is charged.
No refunds
Payments are not refunded, including for the part of a month or year left when you cancel, except where the law says otherwise.
When a membership ends
Your rooms and your Partner pause. Nothing is deleted, and they come back when you are a member again. Your own life in Live SEVEN does not pause at all.
Being decent in rooms
Rooms are for encouragement. Do not harass anybody, post anything hateful, sexual or illegal, or use a room to sell to people. Anybody can be reported or blocked. We can remove what was posted, take somebody out of a room, or close an account that is used to hurt people.
What it is not
Live SEVEN is a tool for looking honestly at your own life. It is not medical, mental-health, financial or legal advice, and nothing in it replaces somebody qualified to give that. If you are in crisis, call your local emergency number or, in the United States, 988.
Some links point at other companies — a book, an app, a piece of gear — and a few of them pay us; each one says so where you would click it. Their sites and services are under their own terms. So is a service you connect, like WHOOP.
Changes, and the limits of what we promise
Live SEVEN changes as it is built. We will tell you by email or in the app before a change to these terms affects what you pay or what happens to what you put in. It is provided as it is, and while we work to keep it running and your data safe, we cannot promise it will never be down or never have a bug. As far as the law allows, what we owe you if something goes wrong is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it happened.
Written against what the software does, in plain words. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. If something here does not match what you see, that is a bug worth reporting.
